Saturday, August 17, 2013 find the Farha Foundation at the Montréal Pride Community Day on Sainte Catherine Street East near Montcalm Road. Pride participants can pick up a red AIDS ribbon, find out more information about the Farha Foundation, sign-up for ÇA MARCHE 2013, or make donation to those in need.
CLAUDE-TOURANGEAU AWARD PRESENTATION
Join Montréal Pride and the Farha Foundation on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 7:45 p.m. at the TD Music stage, located at Place Émilie-Gamelin, where the Farha Foundation will receive the Claude-Tourangeau Award. Montréal Pride will present a donation to the Farha Foundation along with the award, accepted by Evelyn Farha – mother of founder Ron Farha and Nancy Farha – the Farha Foundation's Director and Ron's sister.

OUR FLAG, OUR LIFE: ROUGE
Sunday, August 18 join the Farha Foundation in the 2013 Pride Parade "Our Flag, Our Life: Rouge" starting at 1:00 p.m. at the corner of Guy Street East (corner René-Lévesque Boulevard). The entire Parade will take part in a moment of silence at 3:00 p.m. "to remember those whom we have lost to AIDS and homophobia, but whose spirit and work continue to inspire us."
Pride Party with #FarhaFierte
The following parties will donate proceeds from their events to the Farha Foundation in participation with Montréal Pride:
$500 is being donated by Club Unity
$2 per ticket will be donated from 'PIG Not For Little Boys' hosted by Fétiche Armada at Katacombe, Montréal Pride's official fetish party on Saturday, August 17, 2013
$1 per ticket will be donated by Cabaret Mado on Saturday, August 17, 2013
By partnering with these events and organizations, the Farha Foundation will be able to reach more people allowing them to educate and sensitize the population to the realities of HIV/AIDS in our community and across the globe.
